  1. This was a fascinating episode. Randy Kelton’s Australian friend, which sounded like “Phil Free” but is probably something different, shared on some salient points that applies to all people everywhere.

First, is knowing who you are and understanding the legal definitions of freedom and slavery. Slavery is anything we are compelled to do involuntarily. Phil also has a document that he gives officials which declare that the officer questioning him declares all that he says and does will be honest and legal. If the officer refuses to sign it, that is evidence of his intent to be dishonest and illegal.

Near the end of the 2nd hour a caller standing on a university parking lot was asked by campus security to leave the private property. Randy, Eddie and Phil coached the caller on air. Deborah, who was busy and not on air, called in and defended the right of the university for asking the caller to leave the private property of the campus parking lot. A lively debate ensued between the hosts arguing over the issue.

A later caller asked about property taxes. The hosts gave directions on how to inquire about government interest in the property and, once determined that the government had no further interest (liens), how to get private property removed from public property records to private property records.

  2. Eddie starts by explaining why the Sunday classes are so important.

Randy explains that one of his contempt charges in his recent episodes was dropped because Randy had demanded a jury trial – available only when more than one contempt charge exists.

Guest Phil Free from Australia. Great discussion about his mindset of approaching the courts as a free man. Observes that courts and govt in Australia similarly do not know or follow law.

Julius in Texas. While on the phone, police actually approach Julius, sitting in open area on a college campus, and demand that he leave. Fun ensues thereafter as Randy and Eddie talk Julius through the situation. Hosts disagree about what authority people have to be at St. Edwards, a private university on private property.
Sonny in Georgia. In court, the judge forbids him to speak as long as he has an attorney. Randy says to file a Notice and Demand for First Counsel. (on Randy’s website) This still allows assistance of counsel, but not as a personal representative. In this discussion Randy also points out that when filing judicial notice, file a brief to show how the noticed law and facts require the judge to come to come to a certain decision.

    Phil talks about privacy.

Caller Tony talks about Rommel Law seminars.

Steve in Texas. Building inspectors interfering with a roof repair. General discussion about what private property is and what it means. Eddie states that laws are only made by the legislature. Municipal ordinances are only for employees and contractors of the municipal corporation. Further discussion follows about land patents.
