Eddie talks about a case in Lavon for which he is helping prepare docs. He has found that the Municipal Court Judge for several counties as well as Assistant Attorney General, which is prohibited by Article 2 of Texas Constitution (Separation of Powers).

Sonya – motion to disqualify, counsel has called and threatened her by phone. Eddie advises a bar grievance and a motion for sanctions.
James – comment about filming police, he said a state is trying to pass a law that makes it illegal to film the police without their permission. Eddie and Deborah respond saying that the Supreme Court has already ruled on that.

Julius from Texas – got speeding ticket. suggests crossing out ‘for the purpose of entering a plea’ on the place on the ticket where you sign to ‘agree to show up in court for the purpose of entering a plea’.
