09-22-11 Rule of Law

Guest Michael Allison of Bridgeport, Illinois, discusses his discovery of a massive car title theft ring implicating public servants of municipalities, sheriffs departments, and the State of Illinois, which led to his being prosecuted, apparently as a retaliatory measure by rogue public servants, for violations of the Illinois “eavesdropping statute” for recording public servants in public. Michael was facing up to 75 years in prison for recording police and other public servants until a county judge threw out the charges against him, ruling that the Illinois law is unconstitutional and that citizens have a right to record public servants. Michael is now pursuing civil cases for violations of his rights.
