Catherine will be John’s co-host on their new morning show, “Rise Up Radio” starting the first week of December. Richard Reeves will be taking over the Wednesday 6-8pm slot starting next week.

A special “Seminar Edition” of Rule Of Law. At the request of many participants in the Traffic Seminar over the weekend, the hosts of Rule Of Law returned to Brave New Books monday night for a Q&A and a live radio stream. Several participants from the seminar sit in as guests at the reporting table, and callers call in.
Terry from Michigan calls in to report his story of being pulled over on his way back to Michigan. Texas DPS pulled Terry over and unlawfully search his car, however when the officer saw the seminar materials and other books on law in Terry’s trunk, the officer quickly slammed the trunk door down and immediately released Terry to his liberty with only a “warning” paper.
