How fortunate for me that this broadcast was sent through the airwaves again. Due process, known also as the law of the land, is one of the most important aspects of a free society. This replay sent me on a journey of research and discovery that yielded “A Treatise On Arrests and False Imprisonments-Charles A Weisman.” A 75 page document that offers court cases and supra, dicta and the like on everything from false imprisonment to the use of handcuffs. Well worth the time it takes to flesh everything out. Due Process is the two-edged sword that separates the wheat from the chaff when applied to today’s public servants. Thank you Dr Graves!
