06-18-17 The Crypto Show
On tonight’s episode of “The Crypto Show”, we interview Arman, Regional Director for Unsung.org in Seattle. He will be teaming up with Danny tomorrow to feed the homeless at “Tent City” in Seattle. Arman also reminds our listeners of his day last year feeding the homeless thanks to Dash and Unsung.org. We also discuss Nerdcore music that Arman composes, the future and price fluctuations of cryptocurrencies, and other stuff. Danny and I then discuss G. Edward Griffin’s “Red Pill Expo” taking place next week in Bozeman, Montana and the excellent speakers’ lineup.

On tonight’s episode of “The Crypto Show” we interview internationally renowned speaker, author, and liberty and cryptocurrency advocate Terry Brock.
We discuss Terry’s background and how he became a speaker and liberty lover and how people can more effectively spread the message of liberty by using simple techniques that recognize and accommodate human psychology. Terry gives us his opinion on the future of Bitcoin and the block-size issue as well as his opinion on Dash, Ethereum, and other altcoins. Terry also updates us on his new educational website brockonblockchain.com.
Danny is still in San Francisco due to auto issues, but it has given him the opportunity to attend NCIA Cannabis Business Summit & Expo. Where 200+ companies are represented, and Danny has made many connections to promote Dash and Bitcoin adoption. He should be on the road again tomorrow after he attends the last day of the conference. He will be attending the Red Pill Conference next week.

On tonight’s episode of “The Crypto Show,” our first guest is Sherry Peel Jackson, businesswoman, author, speaker, former CPA, former IRS agent, former political prisoner, and IRS/income tax protestor, who was featured in Aaron Russo’s film “America: From Freedom to Fascism.” She tells us about her experiences at the IRS, her time in jail and Congressman Ron Paul’s personal intervention on her behalf while behind bars, her adventures as a tax protestor, the several books that she has written, and her business and how it relates to tax protesting. She also explains the illegitimacy of the IRS and income tax, beginning with the faulty ratification of the 16th Amendment, the dubious passing of the Income Tax Act, and the non-existence of any specific law that compels Americans to pay an income tax.
In the last two segments we talk to Scott of guncompensator.com. We discuss his online and brick-and-mortar gun parts and accessories business and his clientele, California laws towards guns and the State’s business environment, how he met Danny and got introduced to the GhostGunner, and the GhostGunner’s immediate popularity and success once he signed on to become a distributor.

06-07-17 The Crypto Show
On tonight’s episode of “The Crypto Show,” our guest is Julia Tourianski of www.bravetheworld.com and the Youtube channel “bravetheworld.” Before we talk to her, however, Danny updates us on his recent arrival to San Francisco, where he has already met up with Julia. Despite some automotive troubles, Danny has been able to stay on track with his trip, and he gives us a quick review of his success in getting Gun Compensator, LLC, in Torrence, California, to become a distributor for the GhostGunner, and already several have sold. Danny also has an owner of a dispensary verbally on board to get a Bitcoin/Dash ATM.
Julia joins us from her new home in San Francisco to introduce the world to the new material that she is creating on her website and channel. She also regales us with some interesting personal anecdotes about her time already in San Francisco, and how they indicate the political climate there and throughout the rest of the country.
We then have a long discussion about the price and future of Bitcoin, as well touch upon the block-size debate, and Julia answers questions I have about the incentives involved for owners of nodes and for the Bitcoin core developers. I also mention her awesome T-shirts available at her website, and Julia announces that she will be appearing at PorcFest.

On tonight’s episode of “The Crypto Show,” we interview none other than Erik Voorhees, founder and CEO of Shapeshift, about Shapeshift’s new product Prism, the world’s first trustless asset portfolio. We discuss its cool features, impact on the market, and additional implications that widespread adoption of the platform could have on the crypto space. We also discuss the future of Bitcoin and altcoins and the recent run-up in prices.
In the second hour Lynn Ulbricht joins us on the second anniversary of the sentencing of her son, Ross Ulbricht, the alleged Dread Pirate Roberts, in The Silk Road trial. We go over the miscarriage of justice many times over that was his trial, sentencing, and the rejection of his appeal, and we discuss what options he may have left for seeking the freedom that he deserves.

On tonight’s episode of “The Crypto Show,” Danny successfully signs on board a gun shop owner to be a Ghost Gunner distributor in the L.A. area. Danny is currently in El Segundo, California, near LAX, waiting to take the next leg of his trip to the bay area.
Fred Constantinesco sits in with us to discuss various topics with us, including trends he’s witnessed at the Dallas Bitcoin meetup he hosts.
Brian Hoffman from Open Bazaar joins us to play a rap parody video of the Bitcoin debate between Roger Ver of Bitcoin Unlimited and John Dilley of Blockstream, a debate that Danny and I M.C.ed while at the Anarchapulco Conference back in February, and tells us about his experience at the Consensys conference in New York. We also discuss with him the future of Bitcoin and the resolution of the block-size issue, the proliferation of ICO’s, and a recent development with Open Bazaar.

On tonight’s episode of “The Crypto Show,” Danny makes it to the offices of Bitcoin wallet-maker Airbitz alongside that company’s former COO and continued collaborator Will Pangman, who updates us on some of the projects he’s currently working on, including tokens, smart contracts, and Lamium, the first decentralized Bitcoin invoice payment service. Will also gives us an overview of Consensus Conference 2017 that just took place in New York. We also discuss the run-up in crypto prices and how that is related to all the new interest and money flooding into the space.
Danny then updates us on what has happened thus far in his journey to spread the word to cannabis businesses about Dash and Bitcoin and also gives us a glimpse into upcoming legs of his journey. Danny was successfully able to get a gun shop on board as a distributor for Defense Distributed’s GhostGunner, another exciting development on his trip.

Tonight’s episode explores the ongoing saga of Danny’s road trip to cannabis-legal states to preach Bitcoin and Dash to marijuana dispensaries, growers, and others for the purposes of bringing the advantages of cryptocurrency to the industry and to bank the unbanked. He is also promoting Defense Distributed’s Ghost Gunner, which he will be demonstrating at a gun shop tomorrow. We also broach Stash’s intent to integrate Dash into the Stash Node Pro, and we briefly discuss the run-up in cryptocurrency prices and the moral and philosophical issues involved in the Ethereum split. In the final couple of segments, Daniel Krawicz, a.k.a., “Scrooge McAltcoin,” leads us in an interesting discussion about an unusual interpretation of the movie “The Matrix,” and of course it has to do with his favorite topic, cults.

On tonight’s episode of “The Crypto Show,” Danny goes to Las Vegas to the local Bitcoin meetup, where we interview Brian Goss, radiologist, former member of the Bitcoin Foundation, and all-around tech and science enthusiast. We get his very informed and insightful opinions on all sorts of topics, such as the block-size issue, the current run-up in crypto prices, his view of altcoins, and the future of Bitcoin and the crypto space at large. We flow in and out of other topics as well, but the discussion is very interesting, enlightening, and surprisingly coherent for its spontaneity.

Finally, in the last segment, Tom of Defense Distributed and Chris chat it up.

Tonight’s episode has John Ferguson of “Technology and Choice” podcast sitting in as co-host for Danny who is on the road in his “Crypto Cannabis Tour” to bring the General Bytes Dash and Bitcoin ATMs and the Alt36 Dash point-of-sale systems to cannabis dispensaries and other establishments in states where marijuana is legal. In short, to “bank the unbanked.” Danny describes his success so far in installing an ATM at a computer shop in the heart of the cannabis district in Denver, and his lack of success so far in getting some gun shops to take Defense Distributed’s Ghost Gunner into their inventory. He also details the plans for the rest of his trip that has just begun. In the first hour we also have guest John Cassaretto of Build Liberty to discuss the recent ransomware hack that took place in over 100 countries.

It looks as though we found the perfect way to close out our tribute to Cannabis month with none other than Lyn Ulbricht the mother of Ross Ulbricht the creator of the website “The Silk Road”. While Ross may have created this site, an Ebay for the Dark Market if you will. He how ever was never proven to have any involvement in this fake murder for hire plot as was maliciously alleged recently in some sensationalized hit piece called American Kingpin by someone who deserves no mention. Lyn and Cody Wilson elaborate on the fallacy of the aforementioned book. The last 30 minutes is very light-hearted and fun as we counsel Chris on his love life.
