Special Guest Gary Johnson from “Live and Let Live.” Gary, Randy, Eddie, and Deborah discuss the FCC hearing earlier that morning where the bombshell was announced that the federal government plans on establishing a multitude of private-public partnerships with the telecommunications industry so that the government itself can be an internet service provider. The government would provide national wireless internet service to get the internet out of the backbone of physical cables and onto the airwaves only, which would result in the FCC being able to regulate the internet since the internet would exist as radio transmissions rather than a cabled network.
