Kaye and Howard discuss an Oklahoma Fusion Center controversy and the subsequent meeting between concerned citizens and a FBI agent. They found many the agents’ remarks inplausible. Kaye especially takes issue with the agents assertion that they do not investigate non-criminal activity. She points to recent changes in the FBI Guidlines which clearly refute such statements.
