It is with great regret that I am announcing that “Rise Up Radio” will no longer be airing on Rule Of Law Radio Network. Catherine has chosen to cancel the show. The hosts have both made it clear that they no longer wish to abide by the terms of the original contract that was made when they became hosts on this network. The terms of this contract, to which all hosts on this network are bound, state that no bashing or other negative talk of any other talk show host on this network or any other network in the freedom movement will be allowed. These terms are in place because we feel here at Rule Of Law Radio Network that this type of activity is counter-productive to the freedom movement, and that in-fighting and division only cause damage to the movement and the cause of liberty.
We intend to uphold a decorum of professionalism and respect for everyone in the movement here at Rule Of Law Radio. I agreed to allow “Rise Up Radio” to violate this contract for one show. The hosts made it clear that was not enough for them, they felt they needed to continue discussions which are in violation of the standard contract of all hosts on this network, and the contract was violated on subsequent shows. When this issue was brought up, Catherine submitted an ultimatum stating that she would “take her energies to another project” if she could not continue conversations on the air which clearly violated the terms of the contract. I had no choice but to interpret this ultimatum and her repudiation of the contract as her resignation, which I accepted, since the terms of the contract were made clear from the beginning. In the business world when one repudiates or violates a contract, that person is voluntarily ending the deal, ie, resigning. Archives which violate the terms of the contract will no longer be available. We apologize for any inconveniences.
I wish John and Catherine the very best in their endeavors, and I have no hard feelings towards them. We are all in this movement for the message of liberty and freedom.
